**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

The CoE Upgrade/Migration team is responsible for the delivery of planning and safe-guarding services focusing on transitioning to SAP S/4HANA On-Premise / Hyperscalers or SAP S/4HANA PCE on RISE, Upgrades and functional releases on SAP S/4HANA. The primary focus of the team would be to support our premium engagement customers to perform the transition or maintenance ensuing business continuity leveraging tools, technologies, and methodologies like doDMO, DoC, NZDT and ZDO or even leveraging the infrastructure capabilities like HA/DR. Continuous availability of business-critical operations is a very key aspect for our premium customers operating their businesses globally. Business Continuity becomes more critical during events like transition to S/4HANA, migrations to cloud, re-platforming to HANA or while performing yearly maintenance activities like Release Upgrades, Feature Pack Updates or Functional Deployments.

As an Expert your area of responsibility will include at least one of the following areas:

- Lead and deliver services like Migration Planning, Upgrade Planning and Downtime Minimization Strategy Workshops for the transition to SAP S/4HANA On-Premise/Hyperscalers and S/4HANA PCE (Private Cloud Ediition) on RISE
- Lead and drive complex S/4HANA Conversion/Transformation projects focusing on Business Downtime Optimization for SAP premium customers
- Provide backoffice support for the customer projects where in the methodologies like NZDT or DoC are being used for the transition to S/4HANA
- Software Change Management Strategies for Hybrid Cloud

As part of a global team you will be working closely with SAP Development and the Centre of Expertise (CoE) across regions to support strategic customer initiatives. Business travel will be an essential part of this role.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in one or more areas of NetWeaver Technology, Upgrade/Migration, HANA, performance and/or scalability.
- Experience in SAP technologies, including Hyperscalers and SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to analyse complex problem situations and to develop solution approaches
- Strong communication skills - ability to work with senior executives of our customers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong background in the main SAP technologies, including NetWeaver components and platforms.
- SAP HANA knowledge is of advantage
- You enjoy working in an international team
- Fluency in English
