**About the Role**:

**The Role**: Student Worker - Sovereign R a t i n g s Team 1 year contract full time
**The Team**: Analytical team works on a regional basis providing ratings of different sovereigns and regional and local governments, both in Argentina and in the rest of Latin America.
We are looking for a motivated individual with an analytical mindset to join S&P Global to support our Rating’s team based in Buenos Aires. This an exciting position that will provide you with numerous opportunities to learn in an international working environment.
**The Impact**: This individual will directly support the senior analyst o n the team and assist other members of the team across the world.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform macroeconomic research, issuer-specific research and news clipping.
Assist senior analysts in rating committee presentations and research for articles and commentaries.
Keep our databases updated with the latest economic, fiscal and financial information available.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
Advanced student of Economics or any related career.
Must be fluent (oral and written) in English
Fluency in Portuguese is preferred
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient e xcel skills are required
Must be p roactive, c ommitted, and responsible
Detail and goal oriented
