Content Writer

**US Based Client. Must be proficient in English writing and verbal skills.**

The client is a modern contact center solution built to triple performance with unlimited calling, texting, and automation features. We are currently in search of a Content Writer with a strong B2B / SaaS background.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Promote content on social media
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Update website content as needed
Assist as needed on other marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copy Writer or similar role
Portfolio of published articles
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Familiarity with writing product-related content(product updates, E-books, case studies, data fact sheets)
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
Comfortable interviewing customers and partners for success stories
Ability to manage projects and timelines and effectively communicate
BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
SaaS experience preferred, CcaaS experience would be a plus
