**About the Role**
We are looking for a** **Sr Back End Engineer** with experience working with Python, to be part of a team that serves our clients developing tools to measure and increase the company’s rate of innovation.
As **Sr Back End Engineer**, you will have the opportunity to discover, solve and deliver unique projects, significantly shaping the tech stack, engineering practices, and company culture. We place a high value on a learner’s mindset and the willingness to look at problems from a fresh perspective.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience with Python
- Experience working with AI
- LLM experience is a must
- Experience with Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes
- NLP is very desirable
- Experience with React is desirable
- Legal tech experience is a plus
- Advanced English level
