Director of Marketing

**What you will do**
- Design and implementing Marketing strategies and techniques to expand the company’s portfolio;
- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns/activities, results analysis, and plans adjusting;
- Testing ideas and analyzing results to make data-driven decisions and adjust the strategy;
- Working with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals;
**Must haves**
- Experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business Development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company;
- Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (10+ people);
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.);
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods;
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.);
- Excellent written and oral English;
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;
**Nice to haves**
- Expertise in Fintech/Ecommerce/Analytics domain;
- Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing.
