**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
This position reports to Compliance Head and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Help on the implementation of Global Compliance Policies & Procedures in the LOCs.
- Identify / develop / deliver specific compliance training for colleagues and externally if necessary.
- Provide guidance to all LOC employees on interpretation and implementation of local codes and Takeda policies & procedures.
- Develop and perform monitoring activities for HRBAs, and in Live Monitoring according to Global monitoring plan.
- Being involved in cross border engagements (knowledge in the use of GEARS/ LORI or any other tool use for approval).
- Participating in GIA Audit preparation and follow-up of potential remediation actions.
- Supporting Head of E&C in the preparation, coordination and follow-up of E&C Committee meetings.
- With Head of E&C, supporting local teams in shaping the organizational mindset around the PTRB (Patient-Trust-Reputation-Business)-Model to firmly embed ethical decision-making principles as well as the speak up culture.
- Maintaining depth knowledge for regulatory environments concerning events & HCP regulations.
- Review risk assessment for Third party vendors.
- With Head of E&C, help to coordinate Value Ambassador Team.
- Prepare reports to submit the Transparency on Transfer of Values.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
**Experience & Education**
- Degree in Finance or Legal (not mandatory) with experience in Compliance, Legal, Auditor or Quality Assurance.
- Recommended previous expertise in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Advanced English.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
Actuar de forma autónoma y ágil ayudando al Head of Ethics and Compliance y a toda la organización a vivir bajo Takedaismo y a entender y aplicar nuestros 4 valores en torno a: Paciente, Confianza, Reputación, Negocio (PTRB) en la toma de decisiones éticas, reforzando la percepción de E&C como socio estratégico valioso.
Esta posición reporta al Head of Ethics & Compliance y está basada en Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Ayuda en la implementación de Políticas y Procedimientos de Cumplimiento Global en las LOCs.
- Identificar / desarrollar / realizar capacitación específica de Compliance para colegas y externamente si es necesario.
- Proporcionar orientación a todos los empleados de LOC sobre la interpretación e implementación de los códigos locales y las políticas y procedimientos de Takeda.
- Desarrollar y realizar actividades de monitoreo para HRBAs, y en Live Monitoring de acuerdo con el plan de monitoreo global.
- Participar en compromisos transfronterizos (conocimiento en el uso de GEARS / LORI o cualquier otra herramienta utilizada para su aprobación)
- Participación en la preparación de Auditoría GIA y seguimiento de posibles acciones de remediación.
- Apoyo al Head of E&C en la preparación, coordinación y seguimiento de las reuniones del Comité de E&C.
- Junto con el Head of E&C, apoyando a los equipos locales en la conformación de la mentalidad organizacional en torno al modelo PTRB (Patient-Trust-Reputation-Business) para integrar firmemente los principios éticos en la toma de decisiones asi como la cultura de Speak up.
- Mantener un conocimiento profundo de los entornos regulatorios relacionados con eventos y regulaciones de HCP.
- Revisar la evaluación de riesgos para proveedores externos.
- Con el Head of E&C, ayudar a coordinar el Equipo de Embajadores de Valor.
- Elaborar y presentar reportes de Transparencia de las Transferencias de Valor.
**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**
**Experiência y educación**
- Licenciado en Finanzas o Legal (no obligatorio) con experiência en Compliance, Legal, Auditor o Quality Assurance.
- Experiência previa recomendada en la Industria Farmacéutica.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Alto nível de integridad y modelo de conducta para el comportamiento ético.
