Your role at Clorox:
Join our amazing Team. The Senior Tax Analyst - International will play a key role in supporting the International Tax Team on a wide range of international income tax functions including tax compliance, tax provision, and other projects.

In this role, you will:

- Support the international aspects of the income tax provision for financial statement reporting including earnings and profits, subpart F, GILTI, and foreign tax credits.
- Analyze tax attributes of foreign subsidiaries, including PTEP and stock basis.
- Support the international tax aspects of US federal income tax return including preparation and review of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, various disclosure statements and elections related to transactions.
- Coordinate and assist with foreign statutory reporting and foreign tax return compliance process of Clorox foreign entities.
- Support US transfer pricing compliance process and documentation.
- Drive process improvements and effectiveness in key international tax functions.

What we look for:

- 3 to 4 years of industry or public accounting experience in US international tax
- Experience in international income tax provision and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field (preferably Public Accountant) or equivalent working experience.
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- SAP knowledge, preferred
- Experience with corporate tax software, OneSource or CORPTax. CORPTax preferred.
