**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced legal writer with great writing skills and great attention to detail to work for a U.S.based law firm. As a legal writer for the firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by drafting a variety of legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case preparation. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Drafting Legal Documents**: Prepare various legal documents, including briefs, petitions, motions, and affidavits, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant legal standards and procedures.
- **Legal Research**: Conduct comprehensive legal research using various resources to support attorneys in case preparation, analyze legal issues, and identify relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- **Case Analysis**: Assist attorneys in analyzing immigration cases, evaluating legal issues, and formulating strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on case progress, and answer inquiries regarding legal procedures and documentation requirements.
- **Document Review**: Review and analyze client documents, immigration forms, and supporting evidence to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission to relevant authorities.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage deadlines for filings, responses, and other case-related tasks to ensure timely completion and compliance with legal requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to coordinate case strategies, share insights, and maintain efficient workflow within the firm.
- **Continuing Education**: Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures through ongoing legal education and professional development activities.

Pay: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per year
