Remote Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Puulse Marketing, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential customers over the phone and helping them choose the best solutions for their needs. This role is focused on **closing sales**, not lead generation. This is a **full-time remote sales role**. You’ll be working **Eastern Standard Time hours**, making outbound phone calls, closing sales, and earning **$2,000+ USD per month on average** (base hourly or commission, whichever is higher). With commissions and bonuses, top performers earn significantly more.

**Role**
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Explain product benefits and answer questions
- Close sales and hit weekly/monthly goals
- Update and track leads in the CRM
- Represent Puulse Marketing with a positive, professional attitude
**Pay & Schedule**
- **Average earnings**:$2,000 USD/month,** with no cap
- **Base pay**: $6.50 USD/hour or commission (whichever is higher)
- **Commission**: Starts at $50 per sale, up to $75
- Our top performers make over $3,000 USD/month
- Work **Monday-Friday** (and some Saturdays) on **EST hours (9 AM-6 PM)**

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone sales a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills. English Fluent / Advanced (C1 on CEFR scale)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for making calls
- A working computer/laptop with updated software
- Headset with clear audio quality
- Comfortable using CRM systems and phone dialers (training provided)
- Must be available to work **full-time Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours**
