This position is remote capable within Argentina.

**Senior Software Engineer (React/React Native), Digital**

Flexiti Financial is looking for Senior Software Engineer to join the Digital team within IT Engineering. In this role, you will be working on exciting product enhancements and features as well resolve complex issues to ensure our customers get the best experience possible. You are an expert problem solver joining a team of passionate, like-minded successful developers.

**What you will be doing**:

- Participate with the architecture team in technical evaluations, solutions, and design approaches discussions
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Perform code reviews and mentor other team members on the proper approaches to Web /Services development.
- Able to work both in a team environment and as an individual contributor

**What you should have**:

- +5 years’ experience in software development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in React or React Native
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with Redux or other state management frameworks
- Experience with CSS pre-processors such as Less/Sass/Scss, Flexbox and Grid
- Experience with HTML5, CSS5, SASS, ES6, ES2017, JavaScript, Typescript
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of web technologies and UI/UX standards.

**Professional Skills**:

- Excellent communicator to express technical knowledge across groups in both Business and IT, online and in-person.
- Excellent at documenting technical designs and concepts
- Fluent in English

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Angular and Ionic
- Experience with Node.js Express, Next.js and Passport as a backend framework
- Experience with HTML5 Messaging, XHR2, Websockets, WebRTC
- Experience with Ionic, Cordova, xCode, Android Studio, GraphQL
- Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
