**What are we looking for?**
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Back End Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, etc.).
- Familiarity with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Spring Boot, Django, etc.).
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced english level
