**What you will do**
- Tackle complex backend challenges, ensuring robust backend systems with mínimal latency;
- Build data pipelines for real-time analytics and streaming;
- Create and optimize scalable and high-performing APIs;
- Develop and maintain infrastructure on Kubernetes, ensuring resiliency and scalability.

**Must haves**
- 3+ years of experience as a backend developer;
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and Java;
- Cloud Services Expertise: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure;
- API Development: REST/GraphQL with performance optimization (sub-second response times, high concurrency);
- Data Streaming and Analytics: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Spark Streaming, and Elasticsearch;
- Database Knowledge: Expertise in columnar relational data stores (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB), and Big Data tools (Google BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake);
- Containerization/Orchestration: Kubernetes expertise;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
