**The Role**:
**We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our "NVG" team. Are you talented and self-driven individual who loves to create unique creative content with a team and empathize with users? Do you want to experience designing several tastes of products? If so, this UI/UX Design job is the perfect fit for you**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Collaborating with the UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams to design a range of web and mobile apps.**
- **Working closely with business stakeholders to help build designs from idea to release.**
- **Communicating and getting buy-in on design philosophy and guidelines with various stakeholders and developers across the company.**
- **Balancing your creative vision with business objectives and priorities.**
- **Designing interfaces that are exciting, beautiful, and usable.**
- **Creating and maintaining a database of design assets.**

**Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.**
- **BA/BS or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.**
- **Experience in designing Enterprise level products and dashboards.**
- **Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human-centered thinking/design.**
- **Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and responsive interfaces with a critical eye for typography, visual design, and composition.**
- **Experience in User Research (creating Persona’s, Journeys, etc ), and Usability Testing**
- **Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports.**
- **Proficient with Adobe XD, Sketch and/or Figma.**
- **Proficient Experience in Adobe Illustrator and good experience in Adobe Photoshop.**
- **Self-sufficient, highly organized with the ability to manage workload to meet project deadlines**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
- **Ability to present effectively and professionally to groups of stakeholders
