- Bilingual English / Spanish (C1+). Portuguese is a plus
- Sharp commercial instincts
- Strong storytelling (written and verbal) for both technical and executive audience
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a distributed, fast-moving Studio
- Working knowledge of ESG and sustainability: challenges, regulations, opportunities, industry-specific priorities and more.
- Familiarity with sustainability-related technology domains
- Advanced user of AI productivity tools in your day-to-day workflow
- Able to co-design AI-powered solutions with technical teams — you can hold your own in a conversation about agents, RAG, or model selection
