- Our client is a well-known blockchain company, which develops various products based on the blockchain technology. Their main product is a blockchain platform which has its own cryptocurrency.**We invite you to our company, not a project**

**PROJECT OVERVIEW**
- DataArt is their main vendor. The project backlog includes features for at least 1 year of development.**We create a restriction-free environment**

**TEAM**
- The project team will consist of more than 15 people.**By the way, do you speak English?**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- We are looking for exceptional Java Team Lead who is hands-on, very strong technically as well as is a good leader who will help us to assemble the rest of the group.**TECHNOLOGY STACK**
- Java, Spring, Hibernate, FlyWay, SQS, AWS.**Responsibilities**
- Communications with tech stakeholders, discussing architecture and initiatives
- Help ensure quality, organization, and automatization of the code
- Produce and maintain structured and reliable code in Java
- Locate possible bugs and resolve them
- Standardize and simplify testing practices, speed up test creation and execution
- Technical interview and guidance of development teams

**Requirements**:

- Extensive professional working experience as a Java developer in J2EE using any of the following frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, FlyWay, SQS
- Good understanding of OOP programming principles and design patterns
- Good knowledge of Data Structures and their use cases
- Working experience in PostgreSQL or any other RDBM
- In-depth knowledge of Containers/Docker, Messaging, Microservices, Distributed Caching
- Experience working with AWS services
- Code performance analysis, scalability and performance optimization skills
- Experience in upgrading large products and improving CI/CD processes
- Good knowledge of English
- Advanced Spanish

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS services (EKS, ECR, SQS, S3, Fargate)
- Experience with Auth Providers like KeyCloak, Auth0, Ping Identity
- Knowledge in TDD principles
- Experience in a true Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience in the blockchain industry
- Team player with initiative and a results-oriented attitude
- Leading experience
