The Team and Role

Our team's Top Priorities include:
Optimize Medallia’s business processes

Provide an accurate single source of truth for timely decision support

Simplify the landscape for support efficiency

Design, plan and deliver quality new solutions, cost effectively

The areas of focus will include a mix of ServiceNow created products (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, LSD, etc) and scoped apps both existing and new.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, collaborating on and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the platform's stability, security, and performance by conducting regular code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and leverage new features and functionality to enhance platform capabilities.
- Present work with confidence and persuasion and handle questions effectively from both technical and business stakeholders
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic planning for the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and implement catalog content, flows, and integrations to operationalize and automate business processes.
- Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance within the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage end-to-end development of small and medium sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and configuration guides.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional business process design and optimization
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web technologies
- Demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow APIs, data models, ACLs, and security policies
- Experience with Virtual Agent and AI experiences
- Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and certifications such as ITIL Foundation
- Expertise in developing and supporting reporting solutions with Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics
- Program / Project management expertise - consistently delivering projects and tasks on time and to specification
