**What we look for in a Design Lead**:

- Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
- The ability to translate strategic briefings into solid, well-grounded visual solutions.
- Skill in providing constructive feedback, mentoring designers' growth, and building a collaborative design culture.
- Active participation in creative processes alongside product, strategy, and technology teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferred, but not required).

**We especially value**:

- Experience in creative agencies, design studios, or in-house teams.
- Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and collaborative platforms.
- Good level of English, both oral and written (we work with global teams).
