**About the job**:
En BBVA nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Senior Manager para el equipo de Gestión y Rentabilidad PYME dentro de la dirección de Finanzas del Banco. Buscamos un perfil que tenga excelentes habilidades de comunicación, así como también manejo de equipo y conocimiento sobre gestión financiera.

**Tus responsabilidades serán**:

- Entender el negocio, el comportamiento de los contratos / Clientes.
- Controlar el avance de los proyectos y métricas de negocio, incluyendo su P&L, asegurando su correcta ejecución y el crecimiento rentable.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y realizar benchmarks que permitan el diseño de modelos orientados a satisfacer las necesidades del segmento Pymes.
- Realizar análisis profundos de la rentabilidad de los productos y contratos financieros, identificando oportunidades de mejora y áreas de riesgo.
- Monitorear los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y exponer reportes periódicos para la alta dirección.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación académica en Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas afines.
- Experiência previa en análisis financiero, preferiblemente en el sector bancario (excluyente).
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita, storytelling.
- Ejecución en toma de decisiones.
- Liderazgo y gestión de equipo. (Excluyente)
- Manejo avanzado de Excel. Se valoran conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos y programación.
