**¿Qué te hará brillar en este rol?**
- Experiência en **implementación y gestión de soluciones tecnológicas o ERP, CRM etc**.
- Certificaciones deseables**:PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master o SAFe**.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, coordinación y gestión de stakeholders.
- Capacidad para administrar riesgos, presupuestos y KPIs de entrega.
- Comunicación clara, estructurada y orientada a resultados.
- Inglés avanzado / upper intermediate.

**Tu impacto diario**:

- Liderar la **ejecución y entrega de proyectos y servicios**, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y calidad.
- Definir y controlar el **plan de proyecto**: alcance, tiempos, costos, riesgos y recursos.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de consultores, developers, analistas y soporte.
- Gestionar riesgos, issues y dependencias, escalando bloqueos oportunamente.
- Facilitar la comunicación interna entre PMO, equipos técnicos y líderes funcionales.
- Ser el **punto de contacto principal con el cliente**, gestionando expectativas y asegurando su satisfacción.
- Alinear el delivery con la **estrategia y objetivos de negocio del cliente**.
- Elaborar y presentar **reportes ejecutivos** a nível directivo.
- Identificar **oportunidades de mejora o extensión de servicios** dentro del cliente, con foco consultivo (no comercial).
- Promover el uso de metodologías de entrega (ágil, híbrida, waterfall) según las necesidades de cada proyecto.
