**About R/GA**

**About the role**

Our Marketing Communications department creates integrated programs designed to raise R/GA's profile on a global scale. Our tactics promote and enhance our reputation amongst current and prospective clients as well as talent and agency partners. The team works with our executive and senior leadership team to lead marketing and communications strategies for the agency.

As an Associate, Marketing & Communications you will provide support to R/GA SS LATAM's internal and external communications, collaborating with partners across the network and beyond to deliver key messages that contribute to accomplish corporate goals, driving brand awareness and building company culture.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a **Associate, Marketing and Communications** at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- Develop content for corporate internal communications and initiatives, and share it across different internal platforms.
- Support Talent Experience team to foster R/GA's culture through relevant communication and initiatives.
- Write press releases, news stories, articles, case studies, features and other workstreams identified to support R/GA's PR plan.
- Support local executives on feeding their social profiles with relevant content.
- Work with the Creative team (Visual + Copy) to create diverse assets to promote R/GA's communications.
- Become a connector. Be aware of which external messages need to be shared internally and vice versa.
- Keep internal platforms, mailings and databases updated.
- Work with R/GA's Marketing Director to ensure all designed assets adhere to the R/GA brand guidelines.
- Train new users on R/GA Connected CMS workflow and process. Identifying user enhancements, bugs and maintenance needs.

- Is autonomous, proactive and keen on proposing new ideas.
- Has the ability to work seamlessly across teams and offices, including remote staff
- Is able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment and be willing to deal with shifting priorities.

**You bring**
- Proficiency in English (Written and Oral)
- 1+ year of experience in Communication or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, or equivalent education and experience.
- Having demonstrated experience with CMSs, Pardot, Salesforce and Photoshop is a plus
- Having experience in managing or producing marketing, creative or technology projects is a plus
