About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Data Engineering, focused on AWS and Snowflake. This role combines hands-on technical execution with direct client interaction to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality data solutions using modern data platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop high-quality data and analytics solutions using modern data platforms.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and engineers to meet delivery milestones.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, optimization, and proactive issue identification.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

**Requirements**:

- +5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tools, including:

- Snowflake
- dbt
- Airflow
- Databricks
- Redshift
- Palantir
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, including Medallion Architecture.
- Experience with ETL and ELT processes.
- Data modeling experience using dimensional and Kimball methodologies.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience in data profiling and anomaly detection.
- Solid background in relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
