Web Developer - Marketing & Automation

**Location**: Remote (Must be available 8AM-5PM PST, Monday-Friday)

About the Role

We’re looking for a **Web Developer** who’s not just technically sharp but also fluent in marketing workflows, automations, and digital performance. In this role, you’ll build high-converting websites, automate marketing systems, and collaborate closely with our internal marketing team to support inbound growth.

Important: This is a fully remote position, but you must be consistently available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST), Monday through Friday. Our team is globally distributed, but we collaborate in real-time during these core business hours. What You’ll Do

**Daily**
- Build and optimize websites using **WordPress** (Elementor, ACF, PHP, CSS, JS).
- Monitor traffic and funnel performance using **GA4, Zoho, GSC, Hotjar**.
- Update blog posts and landing pages with AI-assisted SEO tools.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers across time zones — during PST work hours.
- Join daily stand-ups (8:30 AM PST) and Monday syncs (9:15 AM PST) via Zoom.

**Weekly-Monthly**
- Track and report on website, funnel, and lead source performance.
- Run A/B tests and recommend UX/SEO improvements.
- Propose new automations or optimization ideas to improve conversions.
- Submit regular updates via task management and marketing syncs.

**Quarterly-Ongoing**
- Complete professional development (courses, certifications).
- Contribute to site launches, automation improvements, and process upgrades.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Haves**
- 2+ years in web development, especially in marketing or agency settings.
- Fluent in English (written + spoken).
- **100% availability during 8AM-5PM PST.**:

- Strong with WordPress (ACF, CPTs, PHP, HTML, CSS, JS).
- Competent in web analytics, performance tracking, and SEO best practices.
- Organized and independent — able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Familiarity with DNS, SFTP, MySQL, SSL, hosting tools.
- Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe).
- Experience with cold outreach, lead gen, or sales pipelines.
