**About the Role**
We’re hiring a **Web Developer** to help manage and maintain multiple **WordPress websites** across our growing brand portfolio. This role focuses on keeping our sites **fast, functional, secure, and up to date**. If you enjoy improving website performance and building smooth user experiences, this is a great fit.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and maintain several WordPress websites
- Build and implement new features, plugins, and custom functionality
- Troubleshoot technical issues, layout problems, and compatibility errors
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO
- Ensure all sites are responsive and work across modern devices/browsers
- Perform routine updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/visual updates
- Coordinate with external developers or vendors when needed
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in web development (front-end or full-stack)
- Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- Experience with website troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
**Nice to Have**
- Basic understanding of JavaScript or frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
- Knowledge of hosting, DNS, and website security practices
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $14,517.62 - $21,776.43 per month
