**_We are very excited to announce that we are hiring _**_in Argentina_**_ Senior Software Developers with solid experience with Microsoft stack (windows/SQL), C#.NET, MSSQL / Azure SQL_**

The senior software Developers will work in the migration of workloads from hosted Windows / SQL to Azure, therefore, we are looking for Software Developers with solid experience in Microsoft stack (windows / SQL), c#.NET, MSSQL / Azure SQL

**Requirements**:

- Software engineering degree or related software development degree
- More than 7 years of Solid experience with**_ Microsoft stack (windows/SQL), C#.NET, MSSQL / Azure SQL_** working on large and complex projects
- Senior Developer with role and experience as an architect level

**Primary responsibilities include the following**:

- ** Migration Planning**: Collaborate with architects and project managers to plan and design the migration strategy for moving existing workloads from on-premises Windows/SQL environments to Azure.
- ** Azure Platform Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Azure services, particularly those relevant to migration efforts, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Virtual Machines, and other related services.
- ** Database Migration**: Execute database migration tasks, including schema migration, data migration, and optimization for Azure SQL Database, ensuring data consistency and mínimal downtime during the migration process.
- ** Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Leverage tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to define and deploy infrastructure configurations, enabling reproducibility and automation of the migration process.
- ** Security and Compliance**: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Azure security standards during the migration, including data encryption, access controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- ** Monitoring and Optimization**: Establish monitoring mechanisms for migrated workloads, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize configurations for better resource utilization in the Azure environment.
- ** Collaboration with DevOps**: Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automate deployment processes, and enhance the overall development lifecycle.
- ** Documentation**: Create comprehensive documentation for the migration process, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and step-by-step procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve issues that may arise during the migration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to the Azure platform.
- ** Training and Knowledge Sharing**: Provide guidance and training to junior developers and team members, sharing best practices and lessons learned from the migration experience.
- ** Stay Updated on Azure Services**: Keep abreast of the latest Azure services and features, incorporating them into the migration strategy to take advantage of new capabilities and improvements.
