**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent GA in strategic corporate projects
- Identify and document capability gaps affecting Global Customers or internal teams (GAM/ISR - Sales, GPM - Operations)
- Develop and improve capabilities by:

- Translating business needs into IT requirements.
- Mapping end-to-end processes, including change management.
- Managing stakeholders effectively.
- Track project timelines, due dates, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and successful project completion.
- Support business continuity by enhancing existing capabilities.
- Develop business cases to justify capability investments and prioritize initiatives.
- Collaborate with assurance teams to meet unique customer requirements.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Digital Transformation, Services BT/IT, eComm BT/IT, and Operational functions.

- Global Accounts
- Worldwide or regional focus, covering all business areas.
- Projects may involve IT, processes, or both.
