This involves planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives that include new projects, technologies, campaigns, events, and partnerships to improve brand visibility and generate measurable business growth.
Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects or programs. Develop project plans including scheduling, promotion, content, logistics, and campaigns. Ensure each program is executed with excellence, including branding, lead generation, data capture, vendor coordination, and partnership management. Collaborate across departments on marketing initiatives and co-branded experiences. Utilize digital platforms and social media to extend reach and impact. Analyze performance metrics, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize future campaigns. Prepare and present reports to sales and marketing stakeholders. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control costs to meet objectives. Research industry best practices and trends for continuous improvement. Requirements: Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Independent work ethic with mínimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels. Strong executive presence. Experience with CRM, data analysis, marketing platforms, and reporting tools. 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or program management.
