**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Helpdesk and desktop support experience supporting users at all levels

Workplace: 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience support Executive and VIP level clients
- Thorough understanding of Administration in a Office365/Microsoft365 Environment of the following items:

- Exchange Online
- Azure Active Directory
- OneDrive
- SharePoint Online
- Active Directory & Exchange (Accounts, Logins, Password Resets etc.)
- PowerShell
- Experience supporting MAC/IOS a plus
- Basic connectivity of laptops, PCs, etc.
- Mobile Device Configuration/Support (smart phone, tablet)
- Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 10, windows 11)
- Application support experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Remote Desktop Management and Licensing, DNS and DHCP
- **Intermediate/advanced English level is a must.**
