**Requirements**:

- Expert in modern Javascript frameworks: ReactJS, NextJS
- Solid CS, OOP/OOD, design patterns
- Experience on Modern Typescript/Flow
- Track record in large-scale system software development
- At least +5 years of hands-on software development experience (software products, not websites or internal projects)
- Experience as a technical lead
- Proactive attitude
- Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Fluent English

**Responsibilities**:
You will be affecting many different areas. These are some of the tasks you will be doing
- Lead the teams, establish coding standards processes and best practices, mentor and train the more experienced members, help to define career plans and training programs, define expected engineer profiles, and work on the capacity planning.
- On the PROJECTS side, oversee life-cycle with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency, guarantee technical quality, conduct reviews, audit ensure best practices, and detect risks. Be part of architecture discoveries and advisories.
- Meet with CLIENTS to refine and evaluate requirements, be constantly watchful for value-adding opportunities, be the backup of any technical issue they have.
- You will be responsible for the TECHNICAL level of the teams, so, evaluation of the latest technologies, research and testing, creation multi-year technology road-maps, and prototypes building is part of your job.
