Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Buyer, Marketing Indirect Procurement is the Procurement authority for Marketing Categories with ~$50M in spend responsibility. This roles drives global category management of all spend in this area.

Buenos Aires or Mexico City are preferred locations. Remote employees will be considered for this role. This role will travel ~10%, with an expectation of +25% of travel for remote employees, during first six months of role.

In this role, you will:

- Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing Spend Areas ~($50M). Deliver KPIs for spend area.
- Thought leader in Procurement activities across Sourcing organization, with passion for developing best-in-class sourcing team.

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
- 2-5 years business experience in any of the following: Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Business Development.- Experience managing marketing/innovation projects, working with suppliers/vendors/external partners, developing contracts or negotiating agreements.

Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of procurement capabilities. Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization, with ability to influence without explicit authority.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly and articulately.- Planning and organization skills—Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.

Education Level/Degree:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in related disciplines (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance), or equivalent experience.
