What will you be doing?
- Management of payment to suppliers.
- Support with the accounting closing process to accomplish timely month closure.
- Responsible for monitoring the company's account payables as well as supporting their documentation and approval.
- Responsible of LATAM´s local billing according to the instructions of the Tax area.
- Administrate and control the reconciliation of local banks.
- Control of local financial statement.
- Creation of indirect expenses and billing reports.
- Continuous contact with various teams, including Treasury, Operations, and Internal Audit, for investigation and resolution of differences between accounting and other sources of accounting information.
- Be in constant search of opportunities of effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work. Great opportunity to redefine processes, and tools to allow us be more agile and increase time available for analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in a similar position.
- Previous work experience in companies with operations in Brazil, LATAM and Asia will be a big plus.
- Understanding and knowledge of tax legislation is a plus.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong math and research skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Advanced English is a plus.
