**What You’ll Do**:
You’ll lead guerrilla-style growth initiatives to position Symphonica as the global leader in no-code OSS and drive high-intent leads from telco CIOs, enterprise architects, and developers. Your mission: deploy bold, data-driven tactics—viral case studies, AWS hacks, analyst influence, community infiltration, trial-to-paid funnels—that generate attention, trust, and pipeline. You’ll operate with speed, creativity, and full ownership to outmaneuver giants and win mindshare in the OSS modernization race.

**Must-Have: Modern B2B SaaS Growth Stack**
- Proficient in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for funnel tracking and lead scoring
- Skilled at using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, or Figma to prototype and launch conversion pages
- Familiar with Clearbit, Segment, or other enrichment and targeting tools
- Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics: CAC, LTV, PQLs, funnel conversion, and retention

**Technical Literacy & Automation**
- Comfortable with SQL for self-serve analytics and growth ops
- Basic Python for data management, web scraping, automation, or internal tools
- Experience using Zapier, Airtable, or Retool to automate manual workflows and growth experiments
- Knows how to embed tracking scripts, manage pixels, and troubleshoot basic front-end issues
