Trade Support Analyst

**In this role you will be facing different challenges such as**:

- Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well
- Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking;
- Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

**And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:.**
- Full operational support to fixed income & other financial instruments which are traded regionally.
- Opening/closing internal operations systems and other several reports for fixed income.
- Resolving issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client oriented focus.
- Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently
- Speak Up Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion
- Executing trade and position reconciliations.
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
- Escalating issues in a timely manner.

**What do we ask for this position?**
- Graduate or bachelor student in Economics, Business Administration or Finance related.
- Team player and willingness to collaborate.
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
- Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.
- Have 2 years of experience in similar or related functions.
- Be English fluent or advanced.
- Excel and Fixed Income knowledge is a plus.
