**About the team**

Support the Senior and Expert Auditors in delivery of Premium License Utilization Services with Good Quality Service and Support, keeping customer experience top of mind (internal and external).

**W**hat you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Success Services

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
The Intern will work in the South Area of Cloud Success Services, responsible for leading multiples information tracking withing the area and the definition of new Project Dashboard. This person will be accountable for the specific follow up of all SAP Cloud Projects with multiple Partners across South Region and accountable for the ideation and implementation of a specific dashboard to track how projects are performing in SAP customers.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:

- Define a Customer Project Dashboard.
- Executive Internal Summaries
- Regular communications with SAP Partners across South Region (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Bolivia, and Paraguay)
- To be accountable for updating the proper information within SAP systems.
- Anticipate any type of risk about Cloud Projects in customers.
- Be able to lead multiple conversations with Partners and internal teams in regards Cloud Adoption.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Must be a University student in the field of Project Management, Engineering, Administration, or related courses
- Intermediate / advanced English
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate in Microsoft Project
- Excellent analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
- Good communicator who likes to work in a multinational team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Can confidently work under pressure
- Time management to arrange a weekly and monthly time schedule
