**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and maintain security measures for IT infrastructure.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
- Document system configurations and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Experience with server and storage technologies.
- Strong understanding of virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with security best practices for IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
- Experience with IT infrastructure automation tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
