Overview: Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.
Summary:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Define, build, deploy and maintain multi-channel customer journeys
- QA & sign-off on content, automated workflows, journey function and customer experience
Supporting Task Details:
- Builds, QA test & maintains key content templates
- Supports Continuous Improvement of journey and process functionality
- Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities
- Leverages as is Journey & creates simple single channel journeys
- Journey entry settings & goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years marketing automation experience
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting audience and segmentation, A/B testing and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
