**Job Details**:
The Salesforce University Recruiting Team, Futureforce, is looking for a collaborative, execution-oriented Marketing and Engagement Manager to ensure that we continue to attract and retain the best top early careers talent for Salesforce LATAM. This individual would join the broader Futureforce Program & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Manager, Programs & Operations, EMEA & LATAM, Futureforce and will have focus on running the day to day program and events operations in the LATAM region with a focus on Argentina and also partnering very closely with the wider communications team to craft communications and content, to innovate and ensure that all marketing materials and messaging is tailored for the local target audience.
**Primary Role**:
- Design and manage Internship and New Graduate employee engagement events primarily supporting our operations in Argentina
- Partner closely with business partners across Argentina and LATAM to craft tailored programming that supports identity retention within the larger Futureforce ecosystem
- Write and develop original, compelling content across multimedia channels to implement integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with other Futureforce communication leads to build and execute social media strategy for the LATAM region through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience and influencer identification
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to engage current LATAM Futureforce hires to build community and maximum program engagement
- Track event engagement (RSVP & Attendee data) and measure event performance using methods such as surveys, focus groups, etc.
**Desired Required Skills/Experienc **e**
- 6+ years of relevant experience communications and regional program management experience
- Experience working with college students and university stakeholders
- Good knowledge of university recruiting methodologies and best-practices; track-record designing and structuring programs and developing metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail with the ability to communicate fluently in English (must), with desired fluency in Portuguese
- Experience driving global scale projects with multiple stakeholders, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience building presentations in Google Slides and Powerpoint
- Translate complex topics into engaging and impactful learnings
- Experience with virtual presentation tools such as Zoom, Google hangout, Hopin and/or Webex
- Experience of marketing demand generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company
- Working knowledge of social best practices and proven experience executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Slack user experience for event engagement and community building
- Experience from supporting video and photography content creation projects
