This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter with both high IQ and EQ, capable of translating strategic ideas into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
You'll act as a force multiplier and trusted partner—leading critical initiatives, streamlining operations, and helping unlock scale for one of the most exciting growth areas in our business.Whether you're an ambitious early-career professional or a mid-level operator with experience across startups, consulting, or high-growth teams, this role will position you to directly shape the evolution of our B2B business and grow into a future leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Execute Strategic InitiativesTake ownership of cross-functional B2B projects and drive them from planning through deliveryTackle ambiguous business challenges by structuring them, analyzing options, and executing solutionsPartner with the Head of B2B to translate strategy into action plans, systems, and accountability mechanismsBuild data-driven systems to track performance and tie strategic efforts to measurable business outcomesDrive Operational ExcellenceIdentify inefficiencies and implement tools and processes to improve team velocityLead the integration of AI tools, automations, and systems to reduce manual work and enhance productivitySupport the Head of B2B in team enablement, culture building, and people management effortsSupport Communication, Enablement & OnboardingDraft internal communications, project briefs, team updates, and executive-ready materialsCurate and review key business deliverables—decks, landing pages, sales materials—for consistency, clarity, and impactHelp prepare board updates, OKRs, and alignment artifactsSupport the onboarding of new B2B team members with structured ramp-up processes and access to team contextWhat You BringExperience & Expertise2-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, VC-backed companies, or similar high-performance environmentsProven ability to lead initiatives independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving contextsExperience working with or directly supporting executive leadershipBackground in leveraging AI tools or modern platforms for productivity is a strong plusSkills & ToolsSharp business acumen with a bias toward action and clarityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and informStrong project management skills, with fluency in tools like Notion, Slack, Google Suite, and automation platformsData literacy and comfort using metrics and dashboards to inform decisions and track progressMindset & FitSelf-motivated, proactive, and intellectually curiousHigh emotional intelligence and interpersonal agility; able to navigate complex team dynamics and foster trustLoves working with data and measuring the impact of strategic decisionsMission-driven, humble, and highly collaborativeEager for long-term growth into business leadership or generalist rolesWhy Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to help scale a growth-stage business line while working directly with an entrepreneurial leader.
