Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience communicating technical concepts to audiences.
- Experience in writing software in one or more languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, C++, or similar.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures and infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with and managing external partners and customers.
- Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, Networking, DevOps, or continuous integration/delivery.
- Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate, and key management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers.
- Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
- Travel up to 20% for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
