At Heinsohn Business Technology, we are committed to delivering innovative data solutions to drive business growth. We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, specifically in building data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and Python.
- Experience working with AWS Redshift data warehouses.
- Strong proficiency in SQL databases, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Experience with data quality processes, including validation, cleansing, and consistency checks across multiple data sources.
- Experience integrating data from Salesforce CRM into centralized systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for both data pipelines and reporting tools.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and findings clearly and persuasively.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 level).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse.
- Design data warehouses using star or snowflake schema for optimized reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their reporting needs and ensure efficient data flows for analysis and visualization.
- Implement data validation and cleansing strategies to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across systems.
- Automate data ingestion processes to improve efficiency and timely reporting.
- Optimize queries and data models within the data warehouse to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards throughout all data processes.
