**Requisitos**:
Gestionar la demanda de las áreas de negocio soportadas por SAP ERP. Gestionar el equipo funcional SAP. Selección y contratación de recursos externos. Interactuar con las áreas de negocio. Evaluar y estimar esfuerzos para nuevas iniciativas. Proponer mejoras en los procesos sistémicos. Dar seguimiento a las iniciativas en curso garantizar el cumplimiento de plazos comprometidos. Velar por el cumplimiento del SLA en los incidentes declarados. Conocer y asegurar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas en el diseño de soluciones informáticas.
