Data & Insights Director you will be in charge of performing different type of quantitative analysis, lead end to end data projects, monitor business performance and provide insights to directly impact the business based on data decisions.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Perform quantitative analysis and A/B tests to evaluate revenue growth, including: expanding assortment, increasing AOV, and optimizing take rates, among other levers, and recommend a course of action.- Take responsibility for projects from conception to completion- Mentor and coach analysts on projects on an ongoing basis, ensuring they are supported in delivering high quality, impactful work- Monitor business performance and market trends and present insights to key stakeholders to influence Rappi´s strategy- Advance the team analytics practices, processes, and documentation- Build and share analysis of key metrics such as acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn, and AOV.- Ensure high quality and accurate data sets
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Evidence of analytical skills, problem solving, business acumen and strong logical thinking. Preferably with experience in management consulting and /or investment banking- Strong understanding of experimentation and experience in designing, monitoring and analyzing rigorous A/B tests- Experience with analyzing large datasets, such as transactional data or customer data for actionable business insights- Strong SQL skills are a must. Experience with other technical tools such as Python is a plus- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated analyses to non-technical people- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving environment- Proficient in English language
