**Hybrid**: This position requires being **on-site 3 times per week**. **What you will do (Responsibilities)**: - Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Use **Value Stream Mapping (VSM)**to analyze and improve HR process flows, identifying bottlenecks and reducing waste. - Identify opportunities for **digitalization and automation**of HR processes. - Develop and present insights and reports using **Microsoft Power BI**, demonstrating commercial acumen by connecting HR data to business outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective People Operations solutions. - Ensure accuracy of the knowledge base and proper documentation of processes. - Support daily People Operations activities, including training logistics, global mobility, onboarding/offboarding, and document administration. - Continuously learn and adapt to new HR technologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques, showing strong **Learning Agility**. **Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)**: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is desirable). - Proven experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or similar analytical roles, preferably within a large organization. - Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, including statistical analysis and data visualization. - Expertise in **end-to-end project management**, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. - High autonomy and learning agility, with a track record of quickly acquiring new skills and adapting to change. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences. - Availability to travel between Argentina locations (Buenos Aires, Rosario). **What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)**: - Experience in **automation and digitalization projects**within HR environments. - Certifications in **Project Management**(PMI, Scrum, Agile) or data analysis tools. - Advanced knowledge of **Power BI**and other visualization tools. - Previous experience in multinational or highly complex corporate environments. **About GM** Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all. **Why Join Us** We believe we all must make a choice every day - individually and collectively - to drive meaningful change through our words, our deeds and our culture.
