Auxiliary Pharmacist

- What you will be doing
I.Functions

Ensure the quality and integrity of all the processesrelated to Drugs/ Devices/ClinicalSamples/ClinicalMaterialSupplies/CRFsincluding:reception,storage,shipment,returnand/ordestruction, according to Company’s Standard OperatingProcedures(SOPs) or any other requiredstandards.

Ensure that every Company’s Standard Procedure (SOPs) is properly followed.
- II.Relationships

Reports To:
DepotProjectManager.DepotPharmacist.

Directly Supervises:
SeniorPharmacist Operating Assistant. PharmacistOperating Assistant.

LogisticOperators.Packaging Assistants.

Works Closely with: Facility LogisticsManager.

Externalrelationship:
Technical Groups, Sponsors, Customers, CROs, Country Regulatory Authorities.
- III.Responsibilities
- Fulfillall the legalregulatoryrequirements, set forth by the Country Ministry of Health.
- Maintain andassurecompliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDPandFDA Good ClinicalPractices,local regulatory affairs, legalrequirements, and World CourierStandardOperatingProcedures (or any other so required).
- Comply with World CourierStandardOperating Procedures,which contain allspecificinstructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/deliveryof the products to the sites.
- Ensure that all the Depotactivitiesperformedsuchas,reception,storage,labeling, shipment, etc. are developed in accordance with WC SOPs.
- Have deep knowledge of all the protocolsstoredat WC Depot in order to provideinstructions to all the DepotStaff.
- Verify and organize all the documentationreceived, shipment arrival conditions, storageand all extra documentationrelated to Productreceivedat the Depot.
- PerformperiodicDepotSelf-Inspections to assure everythingat the Facility is workingasestablished in WC SOPs.
- Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
- Performany other duties the employee has been trained for.

IV.Skills
- Degree in Pharmacy or advancedstudent qualifications.
- Fullcommand of English.
- Excellentinterpersonal relationships.
- Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities.
