**Solution Architect Mindtech**:
**Location**: Remote / Hybrid (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

**Role Overview**:
At Mindtech, we are looking for a **Solution Architect** with strong technical expertise and business acumen to support our clients during key stages of their project lifecycle. You will play a critical role in presales activities, technical discovery, solution design, effort estimation, and high-impact presentations. We're looking for a future-focused professional who combines technical depth with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Technical presales with clients**: Participate in discovery meetings to identify challenges, gather technical requirements, and define high-level solutions for both development projects and staff augmentation models.
- **
Solution design & requirements gathering**: Lead the technical assessment of client needs, evaluate solution options, and design scalable architectures tailored to each context.
- **
IT project estimation**: Collaborate in building technical and commercial proposals, including sizing, effort estimation, and technology stack definition.
- **
Webinar and event participation**: Represent Mindtech in webinars and tech events, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
- **
Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.
- **
Technical documentation**: Prepare high-level documentation and presentation materials to support proposals and client conversations.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in similar roles (Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Technical Presales).
- Proven experience in designing cloud-based architectures (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of software development, systems integration, and APIs.
- Solid track record in effort estimation and technical planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in IT consulting or service companies is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred for international projects).
