**About The Role**:
Finds defects in software products and comprehensively reports the defects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executes pre-defined test cases within the estimated times and immediately flags any productivity decrease issues and risks. Asks questions if anything regarding the test cases or the tested software is not clear.
- Monitors assigned defects and provides relevant information required by software engineers or developers.
- Implements / applies the project testkit and testplan.
- Follows RWS-specific and client-specific standards, practices and policies.
- Communicates closely and pro-actively with Test Lead, peer Test Engineers, Software Engineers and Test Development Engineers.
- Reports relevant issues to a project Test Team Lead and a Project Manager.
- Improves his/her knowledge through trainings and self-training. Shares acquired knowledge with peers.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary education (University degree is a plus).
- IT specialization is an advantage.
- English Intermediate.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system (alternatively Mac, Linux).
- Mac user is an advantage.
