Hybrid:This role requires being on site 3 days per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
- Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
- Build and manage relationships
- Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
- Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
- Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
- Assist in customer problem resolution
- Performs other related duties as assigned Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Ability to manage regional targets, analyze commercial performance, and prepare executive business performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields ( mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years ofexperience in commercial management, dealer management, or similar roles ( mandatory).
- Experience in the automotive industry, retail segment( mandatory).
- Intermediate English level, with the ability to participate in business meetings and deliver presentations ( mandatory).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools ( mandatory).
- Availability to work under a hybrid model ( 3 days on site).
- Availability for national travel to manage and support the assigned dealer network. What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese ( preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BIor other business intelligence tools ( preferred).
