We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for an self-motivated **SEO Analyst **to build and drive our SEO strategy. Your main focus will be improving our visibility and overall acquisition volume through the organic channel.
We are seeking an individual who brings the relevant experience, skill set, and energy to coordinate all our SEO efforts in all our markets tracking the evolution of positions and the results of recommended actions, finding external opportunities, etc
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develop, implement and drive a strategy that improves organic search rankings and organic traffic for BW Web's websites (while maximizing ROI)
- Research, measure and oversee execution of SEO campaigns related to white hat link building including external link acquisition, internal link strategy, and other relevant sources to maximize high-quality links
- Plan and manage SEO projects’ execution related to URL structure, site architecture, page load speed, and content creation
- Identify technical obstacles preventing search engines' ability to discover and index our content
- Monitor and analyze SEO web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
- Manage cross-functional relationships with other stakeholders: CEO, Product Owners, BI, Marketing, Business Development, CTO
- Be on top of the latest innovations in SEO techniques, search engine trends and tools to ensure SEO strategy and site architecture
- Keep up to speed with evolving organic search best practices, including mobile web optimizations
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), both ON-site and OFF-site
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- Experience with tools like Semrush, Similar Web and Jira
- Expertise in SEO analytics tools such as GA, Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, and strong Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of keyword research and analysis
- Hands-on experience working with white hat link building, on-page optimization and SEO content creation
- Deep knowledge of data analysis and KPI development to effectively measure campaign impact
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively to reach the team's objectives
- Familiar with working in multidisciplinary teams
- Be quick-minded, energetic and self-driven with an acute eye for details
- Advanced written and spoken skills both in Spanish and English - Portuguese is also highly valued
- Knowledge of PPC programs and optimization of data gathered from both organic and paid sources
**It's a Big Bonus if You Have**:
- Experience with SEM (namely, with Google Adwords)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Experience with ASO
- An eager interest in Sports and its yearly events
