Product Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Specialist (HDCW-TRNG) to join our team. This role focuses on developing comprehensive training programs for our product features, specifically designed for delivery through a Learning Management System (LMS). The Product Delivery Specialist will create detailed course content to ensure users can effectively utilize our product features.

**Compensation**: $1,900.00 - $2,250.00 per month per month (US Dollars) DOE

**Contract Phase**:
The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotely. Upon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop Training Materials: Create detailed and comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, video tutorials, and online courses, focusing on product features and their delivery.
- LMS Course Creation: Design and develop engaging online courses for the LMS, ensuring all training materials are easily accessible and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Work closely with SMEs to gather detailed information about product features and translate this knowledge into effective training content.
- Update Training Programs: Continuously update training content to reflect new product features, updates, and best practices, ensuring all materials are current and relevant.
- Ensure Content Quality: Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all courses

**Requirements**:

- Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing training programs and materials that are engaging, effective, and tailored to various learning styles, with a focus on product delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the product's features and functionalities, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, particularly regarding product delivery.
- LMS Expertise: Experience with LMS platforms to create, manage, and track training programs, ensuring effective delivery and accessibility of training materials.
- Multimedia Production: Skills in creating multimedia content such as video tutorials, interactive modules, and engaging visuals to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with SMEs and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure training materials accurately reflect product features and best practices.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate, clear, and consistent.
Feedback Integration: Skill in gathering feedback from users and using it to improve future training materials, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
- Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills to efficiently produce and edit training materials.
- Dictation Software: Familiarity with dictation software to streamline the creation of training content and ensure accuracy in transcribing spoken information into written form.
