Dow Latin America Purchasing has an exciting opportunity for a Procure to Pay Analyst, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support the Procure Operation process for all sites in Latin America.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the resolution of critical issues reported via tickets (L3).- Manage and act over aged open items.- Support Global Procure processes to drive automation, efficiency, simplicity and enhance employee/vendor experience; aligning to local needs.- RTB DTP /Job Aid /Documentation Review and improvement- Partner with 3rd party company that processes invoices and with stakeholders.- Analyze data to support fact-based decision-making- Partners cross-functionally with other teams to ensure work processes and functional integration.- Handle and perform quality audits over the PtP process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Accounting, Finance, Business Management, and Business Administration degrees are preferred.- Mandatory experience with SAP ECC, and other enterprise-wide Procurement systems- Experience supporting Procure, Apay, strategic sourcing, and Finance (Treasure / Tax)- Collaboration with stakeholders and stakeholder management skills are required.- Expertise in Excel required, experience with reporting and database tools a plus.-
- Portugues Skills will be a plus.- Organization and sense of urgency are mandatory for this role.- Continuous Improvement skill, continuously seeking opportunities to improve work processes- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Emotional intelligence and working under pressure are valued skills for this role.

Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include:
- Previous PtP process experience is beneficial.- Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification is a plus.- Finance and compliance knowledge is important.- Working knowledge of purchasing fundamentals and procurement work processes and policies.- Strong communication and collaboration skills - ability to partner and persuade stakeholders at all levels within the organization.- Results-oriented with excellent analytical skills, initiative, and follow-up. Ability to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights.- Exhibition of strong work ethic and responsiveness to earn the respect of business partners- The ability to work across cultures and geographies.
