A Day in the Life

Attend Cx and patient controls, track delivery and withdrawal of materials.
Follow up on quality complaints.
Conduct education. Assist personnel in the field in providing service to Medtronic customers and improve results.
Work together with the commercial team to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units. Participate in conventions, forums and meetings to increase product awareness.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Conducts on-site education or consulting.
- Assists field staff in providing service to Medtronic customers and best possible outcomes.
- Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units. Participate in conventions, forums and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Collaborates closely with the clinical lead, clinical management and Regional commercial team to provide client cash and sales support.
- Identifies and facilitates the execution of sales growth opportunities and clinical support team.
- Serves as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Bachelor degree: Bioengineering or surgical instrumentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in health areas (hospitals, clinics, technical service)
- Experience in operating rooms desirable
- Contact with patients desirable
- Upper intermediate English level required.
